Itinerary:

🚐 Departure from your hotel in El Calafate We begin our journey along the legendary Route 40 towards El Chaltén.

🥾 Start of the trek Before setting off, we will give you an informative talk about the trail, along with trekking poles and a route map so that you can enjoy the hike safely.

🌿 A challenge amid unforgettable landscapes This 20 km (round trip) self-guided hike will take you through forests, lagoons, and natural viewpoints until you reach the famous Laguna de los Tres viewpoint, with unparalleled views of Mount Fitz Roy.

📍 Main points along the route: ✅ Laguna Capri (km 4): Recommended first stop, where the reflection of Fitz Roy in its waters will take your breath away. In addition, with a little luck, you may spot the striking Magellanic woodpeckers.

✅ Poincenot Camp and Río Blanco: As you continue, you will cross the bridge over the Río Blanco, marking the start of the most challenging section of the trail.

🏔 The final challenge The final climb is steep and demanding, but with every step, the views of the valley will leave you speechless. When you reach kilometer 10, the reward is indescribable: in front of you, the majestic Laguna de los Tres with Fitz Roy in all its splendor.
