 Conventional activities: With notice within 72 hours, 50% refund.

With notice within the last 48 hours there is no refund.

Adventure Tourism:

The service can be cancelled without penalty up to 7 days prior to the activity. From 3 to 7 days prior to the activity, the penalty will be 50% of the final value of the excursion. From 0 to 3 days prior to the excursion the penalty cost will be *100%* of the activity.

Returns and refunds:

A transaction fee per payment method will be applied: 10% of the credit card amount and 5% of the amount for bank transfers.

For trekking excursions it is mandatory to bring hiking boots, backpack, water bottle and waterproof clothes.

Excursions are not cancelled due to bad weather, except for sailings that may be cancelled due to strong winds.

The order of activities may change without prior notice.

Entrance fees to National Parks not included.
