Sailing the Beagle Channel in winter

We set sail from the local tourist pier along the wide Ushuaia Bay until we reach the Beagle Channel through Paso Chico. There we will sail around the Isla de los Pájaros (Birds Island) where we will be able to appreciate the bird life of Tierra del Fuego. We will observe: Skuas, Black-browed Albatrosses, Steamer Ducks, Geese, Kelp Gulls and Grey Gulls. Then, we will approach the Isla de los Lobos where we will be able to observe sea lions of one and two hairs. Both islands belong to the Bridges Archipelago. Arriving at Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse, we will be able to see the colonies of Imperial Cormorants and Rock Cormorants while listening to the story of the sinking of the SS Monte Cervantes in 1930. This navigation includes a descent in Puerto Karelo, belonging to the Bridges Islands, where you can visit genuine Yámanas shells. This guided walk lasts approximately 10 minutes and concentrates us in a panoramic point where you can get very good panoramic pictures of the city. At the end of the trip you will be amazed by the view of the mountain range that surrounds the city of Ushuaia and the sumptuous nature that surrounds it. The route we follow is full of historical and, of course, scenic value. We visited really interesting places that you should not miss the opportunity to visit.
